Shipping & Return Policies
If you choose to have your order shipped it will be shipped via a white glove delivery service specializing in high end furniture. They will place it in the room you choose and will handle any assembly that may be necessary. Depending on the ship to address, we use a variety of shipping partners. Local deliveries are made the same day they are shipped, while national deliveries can take anywhere from 2 days to 4 weeks.
Due to the nature of custom furniture, we do not offer returns or refunds. However, if there are any problems with your order, please contact us as we have a warranty (see FAQs) and will fix any issues that may be due to production defects.
